Delivery times and shipping costs

Our courier service will deliver orders from Monday to Friday to the delivery address indicated when you place your order.

We always try to deliver within 2 working days in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For deliveries to the Canary Islands and International destinations, this period can be up to 4 working days from the time the order is placed.

In the case of events gifts, the delivery time is 10 working days, as the elaboration and preparation of the bags requires more time than the usual Moscovitas formats.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and ourselves in order to maintain security and avoid fraud.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations

All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not yet been prepared, then we will process your cancellation, if possible. All emails regarding cancellations must be titled “Cancel order” in the subject field of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. Cancellations not titled in this way will not be refunded. Please note that once the online order is prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

You may only return the product or make an exchange if the product you receive is damaged or defective. In this case, within 48 hours of receiving the order, you must send us an email to rialto@moscovitas.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return, attaching photos so that we can properly assess the incident. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or unsealed be accepted.

Order notes
At checkout, next to the shipping address, you will find an “Order Notes” box where you can write to us to include a dedication or request a different shipping date.

Food Information

Store in a cool, dry place (recommended between 14ºC and 18ºC).

Best before: 90 days from the date of preparation.
